International Conference on Renewable Resources & Biorefineries
8 - 10 June | Bruges, Belgium
The 7th edition of the International Conference on Renewable Resources & Biorefineries will be held in Bruges, Belgium from June 8 through June 10, 2011. RRB7 is organized as a twin conference with the 3rd International Biorefinery Conference in collaboration with DECHEMA e.V.
The three day international conference will consist of plenary lectures, oral presentations and a poster session.
This conference aims at bringing together academic researchers, industrial experts, policymakers and venture capital providers to discuss the challenges emerging from the transition towards a biobased economy and to present new developments in this area.
The conference will provide a forum for leading political, corporate, academic and financial people to discuss recent developments and set up collaborations. The conference further aims at providing an overview of the scientific, technical, economic, environmental and social issues of renewable resources and biorefineries.
We are proud to announce that Mr. Franz Fischler, Former European Commissioner for Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries (1995-2004), will give a plenary lecture on Renewable resources - Base for the 3rd Industrial Revolution.
